He is Learning program designer, trainer/ facilitator/coach and consultant specializing in soft skill, leadership and talent development. Have been recognized for my excellence in facilitation, receiving the Best Facilitator (Top Gun) award from Dunamis Organization Services (FranklinCovey Indonesia) in 2014. Additionally, he was honored as a Top Contributor for the Citibank Service Institute Program Implementation by Citibank Asia Pacific in 2008. In 2002, he was also awarded as the Best Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the University of Indonesia.
